TEMPORARY SHIPPING PROCEDURE

**UPDATE**

Canada Post will be resuming operations as of Tuesday, December 17th. However, thay have advised us that they will not be accepting new mail for 48 hours and that it will take them 1-2 weeks to clear the backlog of mail that has been in their system since the beginning of the strike. 

Due to this, it is highly unlikely that Canada Post will be delivering any new mail before Christmas.

To ensure our customers still receive deliveries during this time, we will continue to ship with private couriers (details below) until Canada Post clears their backlog and is back to normal operations.

EXCEPTION: As of Thursday, December 19th, we will be using Canada Post for shipments to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other rural areas across Canada.

We will temporarily be switching to private courier services to ship online orders for the duration of the Canada Post strike

During this time, we will be utilizing FedEx, Canpar and Purolator (based on the best rate to your area) to ensure deliveries continue to reach our customers as quickly and conveniently as possible.

SHIPPING PRICES

We are temporarily removing our free shipping over $250 promotion. However, we will be offering the following low flat rate shipping prices across Canada:

• Ontario – $15
• Quebec – $17
• All Other Provinces – $20

PLEASE NOTE:

• High value orders will be shipped with a signature required.
• Due to the pickup scheduling of the courier services, online orders will be shipped out the next business day.
• We can not ship to PO boxes at this time.

We will continue to ship all online orders as quickly as possible but due to an increase in shipping volume with the private couriers, customers might experience slight delays regardless of which company is used.

LOCAL PICKUP

For local customers, our free local pickup option upon checkout will of course still be available to you.
