All website prices are in Canadian currency (CAD).

Secure Online Payments

Protecting your order information is our priority. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When you input your information into our system via our check out, your shipping information and credit card information is sent in an encrypted code that only we can decode. This information is sent to security service provider (PayPal) who validates your name, address and credit card information. Your encrypted credit card information is then sent directly to the credit card processor and is never stored or seen by our computers; this is directly for your safety.

SSL Technology

Our website uses encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number.

Shipping & Returns

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Generally we ship the day after the order is received but in some case it may take an extra day.

We will not accept returns on any products unless the item was damaged during shipment, in which case we will do an exchange. If damaged, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery with a copy of your invoice. In the event that a returned order has any packaging, accessories or other items missing, the return will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if the item was damaged during shipment.

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances unless there was an error on our part or the item was damaged during shipment. If there was an error on our part with the shipment or the item was damaged during shipment we will offer an exchange. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If there is an error with the purchased item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment we will not allow a return of the item under any circumstances.

Payments sent for group/box/case breaks are absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances.

Note: All orders are subject to a 24 to 48 hour handling time before shipment. Orders are possibly subject to delays or errors. Listed above are the average delivery times but are only estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping fees will not be refunded for any reason. Possible delays include but are not limited to: weather, customs, holidays, product demand or human error.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-Orders will be shipped a day before the manufacturer’s release date depending on if we have received our shipment on time. If you purchase multiple pre-order products which have different release dates under the same transaction (same order #), then the order will not be shipped out until we receive the final product. If you want to order multiple pre-order products and you want each product shipped on (or before) the manufacturer’s release date then please order each product individually.

United States Shipping:

Currently only Canadian residents can order sealed products (boxes, cases etc.) directly through our website. Purchasing of sealed product will be made available to US residents with the launch of our new website in November 2017. In the mean time, US residents can contact us via email to set up an invoice via PayPal.

NOTE: When using PayPal we will only ship to confirmed addresses. When using a credit card we will only ship if the billing and shipping address match.

Group Break Shipping

Group breaks are available to customers worldwide. All cards from our group breaks are shipped out once a week. If you purchase multiple items on the same day, or purchase multiple items on different days throughout the same week (Monday to Sunday), your orders will be combined and shipped together.

Shipping costs are already included in the price for all ‘hits’ received during a group break. ‘hits’ will be shipped through standard letter mail. If you like tracking/insurance on to be added their will be an additional cost (contact us for details). Base cards will not be shipped unless requested. If you request to have your base cards shipped there will be an additional $10 shipping & handling fee.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request by contacting us via our website ‘Contact Us’ page. You must cancel your order before your item has been shipped. If we do not receive and process your cancellation request before we ship your order, we will not accept the cancellation request.
