CURBSIDE PICKUP PROCEDURE
1. As of April 8th our retail location will be closed but we will be offering curbside pickup for orders placed on our website. Please read and follow our curbside pickup procedures below.
2. Curbside pickup orders can only be placed via our website. We will not accept orders over the phone and cannot take payment at the door.
3. While checking out on our website, if your order is under $200 you will be charged an $8 shipping fee but this will be refunded to you upon pickup. If your order is over $200 you will not be charged any shipping fee.
4. After placing your order please call or email us with a time/day that you would like to pick up your order. We require at least half an hour notice in order to have your order ready.
5. Orders can be picked up between 12-5 Monday to Friday. We will remain closed on weekends.
6. When you arrive we ask that you please wear a mask. Please do not enter the store. Please stand outside by the yellow sign in the middle window and our cashier will come out to assist you.
We will continue to ship online orders via our website daily (Monday-Friday).
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $200 within Canada. We are also offering a new low flat rate shipping option for all orders under $200.
PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post has been delivering orders quickly but there may on occasion be some delays. Please be patient during this time. Your order will arrive; it just may take a little bit longer than usual.
We will continue to conduct our group breaks during this time starting at 4:30 PM EST Monday-Friday. We will stick to this schedule until further notice.
Group break hits can be picked up in-store if you live locally but please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to coming in for them or we cannot guarantee that they will be ready.
